ယေန႔မွစ၍ ဟာသပံုျပင္မ်ားႏွင့္အတူ မိုးကုတ္ဆရာေတာ္ဘုရားၾကီး၏ ၀ိပႆနာနည္းကို ျမန္မာ+အဂၤလိပ္ႏွစ္ဘာသာတို႔ျဖင့္ ေရးသားေပအံ့။
The late Venerable Moe Gok Sayadaw always admonishes his disciples that before you practice meditation, all of you should understand the meaning of Paticcasamuppada, cause and effect.
မိုးကုတ္ဆရာေတာ္ဘုရားၾကီးသည္ အျမဲတမ္းသူ၏ တပည့္သားမ်ားကို ဆံုးမေလ့ရွိသည္။ သင္တို႔အားလံုး တရားအားမထုတ္မီ အေၾကာင္း အက်ိဳး ျဖစ္တဲ့ ပဋိစၥသမုပၸါဒ္တရားရဲ႕ အဓိပၸာယ္ကို နားလည္းေအာင္အား ထုတ္သင့္ တယ္။
If you understand the meaning of Paticcasamuppada, cause and effect properly, your meditation will be powerful and can get Magga (path) and Phala easily.
အကယ္၍ အေၾကာင္းအက်ိဳးျဖစ္တဲ့ ပဋိစၥသမုပၸါဒ္တရားရဲ႕ အဓိပၸာယ္ ကို သင္ေလွ်ာ္စြာ နားလည္းလွ်င္ သင္တို႔ရဲ႕ကမၼဌာန္းအားထုတ္မွဳသည္ ဗလ၀၀ိႆနာ ျဖစ္ျပီး မဂ္ဥာဏ္ ဖိုလ္ဥာဏ္ကို လြယ္ကူစြာ ရရွိႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
I will therefore mention the meaning of Paticcasamuppada, cause and effect before I put an explanation the late Venerable Moe Gok Sayadaw’s meditation method firstly.
